1) Three originals commerce Invoices in favor of Buyer ;

2) Certificate of origin ;

3) Packing List ;

4) Certificate of Ownership ;

5) Certificate of Weight ;

6) Export Licence ;

7) Airway Bill ;

8) Certificate of non-criminal origin ;

9) Customs Clearance ;

10) Insurance .

PROCEDURE

1- Seller send FCO .

2- Buyer accepts the FCO and sends LOI .

3- Buyer comes down to the location for physical inspection .

4- Buyer and seller sign contract .

5- Upon satisfactory inspection, the buyer takes care of exportation and shipment cost of the product to his refinerie, which is 30% of the total value of the quantity of the transaction .

6- The buyer make final payment of 70% within 7 days after the satisfactory assay result from buyer's refinery to the seller's nominated account
