The polyimide film is produced by adopting "Doctor-blading process". It possesses hot-resistant, radiation resistant and excellent dielectric performance and applies to motor Grade h. electrical insulation as well as the electric engineering insulating materials for other usage.
Kapton polyimide films retain their physical properties over a wide temperature range. They have been used in field applications where the environmental temperatures were as low as -269 c (-452 f) and as high as 400 c (752 f).
This polyimide film designed by our factory is absolutely alternative to dupont kapton hn, has excellent dielectric strength, electric dissipation factor, wide temperature range, chemical resistance at elevated temperatures, compared with Dupont Kapton hn that is more economical.

Packing Details
The tape roll and disc should be rolled up on a pipe core whose internal diameter is about 76mm, and then the tape roll and disc should be packed into a plastic bag with good sealing, and then be transported into a wooden box with damp-proof paper or into a dry and clean carton.
The roll over 300mm will be clamped with pads at both ends and packed in a dry and clean impact-resistant carton.
The roll less than 300mm will be sealed in a paper box, and then placed in a dry and clean carton.
The product acceptance certificate should be accompanied with each package. In addition, each package should be specified with product description, size, lot number.net weight, date of production, name of the manufacturer. The precaution words such as dampproof and collision-proof should be clearly marked on the box.
