Engineering of the Material
Polyethylene of medium/high density is eliminated directly on the polypropylene base, with thermal setting and high-pressured calender, to avoid delamination of the material. It is formed, then, an inert barrier to the main groups of acids, bases and salt. This material also has high mechanical resistance, reducing risks and increasing resistance to abrasion and perforate-cutting materials.
In relation to the material of ip 130, the weight is changed (70g/m2), the colour (white) and polietylene density (medium/high). These changes offer more resistance, durability and chemical resistance to the clothing.

Construction of the Clothes
Sewn: Made in sewing of three polyester/viscose lines and two wires of cotton, in the interlock format, guaranteeing extreme resistance to traction, at the same time that turns more difficult the rip in the sewings. Closing in zíper of polyester and overlapping of protective visor with velcro. Indicated for manipulation of solid chemical products. It may have protective visor in velcro.

Indications
INTER PROT® ip 140 clothings are indicated for use in environments where the contamination risk is characterized by aggressive chemical products to the skin, in the solid or liquid form. Its more common applications are: Laboratories, manipulation of agricultural defensives, contact with mineral or vegetal fuels, industry of paper and cellulose, steel mills and other applications where could have risk of exposition of harmful chemical products to the skin.
